Method
- 01Chill the serving glass.
- 02Add the vodka, Passoã, passion fruit, lime juice and vanilla syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- 03Shake hard for 12–15 seconds until very cold and slightly frothy.
- 04Fine strain into the chilled glass.
- 05Float half a fresh passion fruit on top as the garnish.
- 06Pour the prosecco into a small chilled glass and serve it alongside.
