Ingredients
- Demerara Rum60 ml
- Lime juice25 ml
- Sugar syrup15 ml
- Angostura Bitters8 dashes (top)

Mint sprig & angostura float
Method
- 01Lightly muddle mint with sugar syrup in a highball glass.
- 02Add rum, lime and crushed ice.
- 03Swizzle with a bar spoon until the glass frosts.
- 04Top with more crushed ice and float Angostura over the top.
