  • Demerara Rum60 ml
  • Lime juice25 ml
  • Sugar syrup15 ml
  • Angostura Bitters8 dashes (top)

Method

  1. 01Lightly muddle mint with sugar syrup in a highball glass.
  2. 02Add rum, lime and crushed ice.
  3. 03Swizzle with a bar spoon until the glass frosts.
  4. 04Top with more crushed ice and float Angostura over the top.
