• Lemon juice30 ml
• Sugar syrup20 ml
• Egg white1
• Angostura Bitters3 drops

Method

1. 01Dry shake without ice.
2. 02Add ice and shake again hard.
3. 03Double strain into a coupe and dot with bitters.
