- Lime juice20 ml
- Sugar syrup20 ml
- Angostura Bitters2 dashes
- Champagneas needed

Method
- 01Gently muddle mint with sugar syrup in a shaker.
- 02Add rum, lime, bitters and ice, then shake hard.
- 03Double strain into a chilled coupe and top with champagne.
