Champagne Cocktail

• Sugar cube1 (or 5 ml syrup)
• Angostura Bitters2 dashes
• Cognac10 ml
• Champagneas needed

Method

1. 01Place a sugar cube in a flute and saturate with Angostura bitters.
2. 02Add the cognac.
3. 03Top slowly with chilled champagne.
