• Amaretto60 ml
• Bourbon (optional)20 ml
• Lemon juice25 ml
• Sugar syrup10 ml
• Egg white1

Method

1. 01Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds for a thick foam.
2. 02Add ice and shake again hard.
3. 03Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
